Job Description
The Exciting Role:
Monde Nissin Australia is looking for a Territory Manager to join us in VIC!
This role will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships across the independent grocery channels. You will own your territory and use your sound organisation skills to plan out your weeks work in an effective manner. This role will be responsible for ensuring in store promotions & new line activities are achieved, with the ability to manage and negotiate shelf space and, most importantly, achieve and exceed sales targets. The successful candidate for this role will receive a mobile phone, tablet and fully maintained company vehicle.
We are looking for people who have worked within FMCG.
Servicing and growing the territory/customers on a regular ‘call cycle’ basis. This is determined by your Sales Manager and the Territory requirements, including your regional territory.
Planning is a key requirement of this position – your weekly run (customer call cycle) must be planned every week including but not limited to promotions, marketing, strategies, submission of new lines, and all over and above activity.
Building key customer relationships with lower and upper level management at store level.
You are required to rotate and merchandise our stock, this may include setting up or building displays.
Canvassing new customers – cold calling
Ordering – responsible for normal shelf and promotional levels.
Attending the weekly sales meeting
Reporting to your State Sales Manager and following instruction.
Achieving targets – Sales budgets and others determined by your Sales Manager.
Seasonal selling (Christmas, Easter etc.)
Shelf management of our brands
Other duties as required
