The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator responsible for ensuring processes that support food safety and product quality at our Clayton manufacturing site are executed in full compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal standards.
You’ll support the QA Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality & Food Safety Management System, as well as helping embed a strong food safety culture.
The role may also support quality programs across other business unit brands (Quorn, Wattle Valley, Peckish) and assist in the Approved Supplier Program as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support third-party, regulatory and customer audits; maintain compliance with statutory, GFSI and customer standards; complete internal audits and support supplier audits.
- Participate in HACCP reviews, VACCP/TACCP programs, and manage corrective actions for quality and food safety incidents.
- Maintain the Approved Supplier Program, conduct supplier risk assessments, and provide QA support for other brands within the business unit.
- Conduct internal and external product testing, monitor production processes, and maintain accurate quality records and reporting.
- Drive food safety culture, deliver training, and support continuous improvement of site and MNA quality management systems.
