The Opportunity:
We're seeking a commercially minded Senior Commercial Analyst - Operations, to join MNA supporting decision-making through practical, insight-led financial analysis.
Working closely with the Black Swan Operations and cross-functional teams, this role will play a key role in driving performance across manufacturing, forecasting, product costing and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence outcomes, identify efficiencies and contribute to the delivery of strong financial and operational results.
To Succeed with us:
- FMCG industry experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven ability to work effectively with teams and to business partner with a variety of stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
- Strong commercial acumen developed through experience
- Demonstrated experience of providing financial analysis to support business decision making
- Ability to navigate financial systems including advanced skills in Microsoft, specifically Excel and PowerPoint (including advanced pivots and formulas)
- Tertiary Qualification in Finance, Accounting or related (must be recognised in Australia)
- CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- 5 years+ experience in a similar role
- Pronto XI ERP experience (preferred but not essential)
