Job Description
The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to partner with the Supply Chain General Manager and lead financial planning, reporting and analysis for the Supply Chain Business Unit. You’ll play a key leadership role across Finance and Supply Chain, providing decision support and actionable insights that improve business unit performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Supply Chain commercial decisions: product/channel costing, waste management, cost-to-serve analysis, overheads management, domestic & international freight cost management, and capex/project business cases.
Business planning: lead the annual budget and forecasting process and preparation of the long-term financial plan; coordinate inputs and provide robust challenge.
Integrate Supply Chain into the overall Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across the business.
Monthly reporting: prepare an insightful monthly reporting pack including a balanced scorecard for the Supply Chain Leadership Team and MNA CEO & CFO; derive actionable insights.
Overheads governance: own reporting, analysis and forecasting for Freight & Warehousing and G&A expenses in coordination with functional heads.
Leadership: provide leadership and support to the Supply Chain Business Unit and MNA Finance team; build strong stakeholder relationships.
Desired Skills and Experience
To Succeed With Us:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar; CA/CPA (or equivalent) preferred.
Strong commercial acumen developed in FMCG, with proven experience managing logistics and warehousing costs.
Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Power BI.
Proven stakeholder management and business partnering experience; ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
Flexible and resilient, with strong communication and organisational skills; willingness to travel domestically as required.
