The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives across Australia’s independent grocery and Petrol & Convenience channels for our nudie business unit. This role is all about building strong partnerships with banner groups, wholesalers, and independent retailers to drive mutual growth and flawless execution. You’ll be the internal champion for the channel, working cross-functionally to deliver sustainable results and shape future strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key independent banner groups and wholesalers.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop channel-specific strategies using insights and data.
  • Ensure effective in-store execution through collaboration with third-party merchandising teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
  • Manage promotional budgets and provide accurate sales forecasting to support supply planning.

 

To Succeed With Us:

  • 2+ years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of the independent grocery and/or Petrol & Convenience landscape.
  • Proven success in JBPs and delivering against sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using category and sales data (e.g. Nielsen).
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel interstate as required.
