Job Description
The Opportunity
This FP&A Analyst role will lead the annual planning process (budgeting and executive S&OP) to deliver the expectations of the CEO and CFO. You will own all consolidated MNA reporting for Senior Leadership (CEO/CFO/Board). You will drive continuous improvement within budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting process for MNA.
*Please note this is a Maximum-Term Contract until the end of October 2025.
Consolidate monthly financial position for the Group
Support the Planning and Executive of the Annual Budget process
Support Executive S&OP process (18-month rolling forecast) including the standardised reporting and templates
Support Group reporting requirements – Board, Internal Financial presentations
Business Partner Corporate Support functions
Support Business Intelligence team to standardised reporting requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
To Succeed With Us:
Bachelor degree in Commerce (Finance/Accounting, Administration or similar) required (must be recognised in Australia)
CA, CPA or equivalent qualification or working towards
At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG or similar industry
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Power BI
Intermediate modelling skills
Experience in providing financial analysis to support business decision making
Detail-oriented work habits, strong time management skills and deadline focused
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment, strong communication skills and ability to work with different personalities across the organisation
Proven ability to work effectively with teams and senior managers, including ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and advisors whilst promoting and supporting change.
