The Opportunity 

This Casual (3 days a week - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) position is responsible for daily store visits and working with the sales team to achieve merchandising of store orders, backstocks and visual displays to a high standard in selected Independent Supermarkets in the Mid North Coast region (Port Macquarie, Wauchope, Harrington and Taree, Timbertown)

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Daily communication with Territory Managers, Merchandising Planner and office team via phone and email
• Carrying out selected tasks over and above in stores such as visual displays, new line cut-ins or section relays
• Working stock in stores from back rooms, overheads and displays to shelf
• Organising merchandising priorities in stores and adapting to changes such as public holidays, seasonal times and staff on leave
• Making sure stores are called on regularly and procedures of stock filling, rotation and product presentation are carried out
• Mentoring, supporting, training and coaching from the Territory Managers to achieve high standards of execution in stores
• Building robust relationships with all our customers
