Job Description
The Opportunity
This Casual (3 days a week - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) position is responsible for daily store visits and working with the sales team to achieve merchandising of store orders, backstocks and visual displays to a high standard in selected Independent Supermarkets on the Central Coast (Erina heights, Umina Beach, Cessnock).
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Daily communication with Territory Managers, Merchandising Planner and office team via phone and email
Carrying out selected tasks over and above in stores such as visual displays, new line cut-ins or section relays
Working stock in stores from back rooms, overheads and displays to shelf
Organising merchandising priorities in stores and adapting to changes such as public holidays, seasonal times and staff on leave
Making sure stores are called on regularly and procedures of stock filling, rotation and product presentation are carried out
Mentoring, supporting, training and coaching from the Territory Managers to achieve high standards of execution in stores
Building robust relationships with all our customers
