Job Description
The Exciting Opportunity:
Provide assistance to the National Sales Operations & Customer Service Customer Service team as required.
Receive and process daily orders
Provide efficient and accurate processing of orders and credits in a timely manner. All orders to be entered with 100% accuracy.
Liaise with customers on any information required including discrepancies with orders and product and delivery information.
Assist customers with product enquiries and obtain information as requested.
Knowledge of product descriptions and availability.
Orders entered within 1 hour of receipt. Inbox cleared daily.
Establish effective working relationship with the warehouse staff.
Investigate and process credit adjustments accordingly
Investigate missing and damaged stock
Check pricing claims and confirm or reject
Assisting Sales Team in preparation of new line launches
Preparing Customer New Line Submission Forms, promotions and new line templates
Monthly promotional roll outs – monthly booklets made up and posted out
Updating all MSO order forms / product range sheets
Maintaining integrity of the Farmer Jack Products & Product Codes
Desired Skills and Experience
To Succeed With Us:
Experience working in a Customer Service role and/or Reception role
Great phone manner and confidence
Good knowledge of Pronto (desirable not essential), Microsoft outlook and excel
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Proven attention to detail, accuracy and patience
Effective communication skills
Relationships with other teams and working together for solutions
Ability to effectively multitask
