The opportunity: 

The Aldi/Costco KAM will lead customer relationships, developing and executing strategies that deliver sustainable revenue, market share and profitability growth. 

You will have the autonomy to shape customer plans, influence internal stakeholders and turn commercial opportunities into tangible business results. Working collaboratively across Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, R&D and Operations, you will ensure MNA delivers on customer expectations while maximising the value of our partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities:   

Customer strategy and relationship management: 

• Own and develop the customer relationships across Aldi and Costco, building trusted partnerships and a strong understanding of each customer's business priorities. 

• Establish effective customer engagement rhythms, ensuring regular communication, strong execution and proactive management of opportunities and risks. 

Commercial growth and profitability: 

• Identify and deliver opportunities to grow revenue, market share, distribution and profitability across MNA's branded and Private Label portfolios. 

• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, promotional investment, ranging opportunities and tender submissions. 

• Develop robust customer forecasts, budgets and joint business plans, taking accountability for delivering agreed sales and profit targets. 

Innovation and category development 

• Lead new product submissions, range reviews and tender processes from ideation through to implementation. 

• Work closely with internal teams to develop compelling customer propositions that meet shopper needs and deliver mutual value. 

Cross-functional collaboration and execution 

• Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to support accurate forecasting, strong DIFOT performance and effective management of customer inventory. 

• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Category and Product Development to deliver customer initiatives and commercial objectives. 

• Provide clear commercial reporting, performance updates and recommendations to support effective decision-making. 

To Succeed With Us:  

• Proven experience in a Key Account Manager or National Account Executive role within FMCG, grocery or a related consumer goods environment. 

• Experience managing major retail customers, ideally Aldi, Costco or other large grocery and wholesale accounts. 

• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with customer negotiations, pricing, promotional investment, forecasting and profit management. 

• Strong relationship-building, influencing and communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels. 

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to develop clear customer strategies and business recommendations. 

• A proactive, organised and results-driven approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously. 

• A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
